FMA was founded as an organization for churches and ministries to come together as an alliance, to fulfill their highest calling to change the world through Christ.
FMA is designed to inspire and equip Christian leaders through the anointing of God with the tools to build Bible based churches and ministries that will impact the world.
The intent of FMA is to link faith- minded Believers together, empowered to fulfill the great commission and transfer the end-time harvest into the Kingdom of God.
Purpose:
- To help empower FMA members in fulfilling the ministry to which God has called them.
- To provide an avenue for networking and fellowship among the FMA members.
- To supply a vehicle through while LWCC can share information and make available resources and training that will benefit FMA members in their pursuit of excellence in ministry and Kingdom building.
- To establish a board from the ministerial alliance members, for the purpose of licensing, ordination, and ministry accountability.
- To provide Biblically-based teaching and ministry resources to equip church leaders and ministries to reach increasing numbers of unchurched people.
In fulfillment of a God inspired vision given to Pastor Winston, FMA was founded as an organization for churches and ministries dedicated to promoting ministry excellence and equipping leadership to fulfill their God given vision.
