R.I.S.E. (Formerly LWCC Prison Ministry)

Living Word Christian Center R.I.S.E. (Formerly LWCC Prison Ministry) and Family Outreach Ministry ("LWCCPM")

Nationally, more than 1.7 million juvenile cases are processed in juvenile court and the penal system, and more than 2 million adults are incarcerated in adult correctional institutions. The penal system is one of the leading stock options on Wall Street. It is our mission to "set the captives free" with the Word of God, and reclaim our youth, adults, and their families for the Kingdom of God. We are committed through prayer, spiritual guidance, mentoring, and education to be the "salt of the earth" and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to wayward juveniles and incarcerated adults. In addition, it is our charge to assist juveniles and adults to become re-acclimated back into society with their families. We are encouraged that as God's Word goes forth, the shackles of mental and physical bondage will be broken. To God be all the glory!
